Shipping costs are determined based on the size, dimensions, and weight of the part. These costs will be shared before the order is finalized.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping partner and the destination. While every effort is made to provide accurate estimates, delays beyond our control may occur.
Tracking information will be provided if available so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging when applicable.
Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assessment and resolution.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of design files submitted for printing. Issues arising from design errors in customer-supplied files are not covered.
Variations in material texture, color, or surface finish are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Non-delivery due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer will not be our responsibility. Ensure all information is accurate before submitting your order.
Liability for the performance, use, or application of printed parts rests solely with the customer.

Whizbangery is not responsible for verifying intellectual property rights and will not be held liable for copyright infringement related to submitted files. The customer assumes all responsibility for the content they provide.
